For Immediate Release:
Right to Protect HONORED AS 2022 TOP-RATED NONPROFIT GreatNonprofits.org Award is Based on Positive Online Reviews
Central Valley, California November 22, 2022 – Right to Protect announced today that it has been honored with a prestigious Top-Rated Award, for its third year in a row, by GreatNonprofits; the leading platform for community-sourced stories about nonprofits.
“We are excited to be named a Top-Rated Nonprofit for our third year in a row,” says Nadeya Lavandero, President / Founder / Executive Director, Right to Protect. "We are beyond proud of our many accomplishments over the years, and the lives we have saved." The Top-Rated Nonprofit award was based on the large number of positive reviews that Right to Protect received—reviews written by volunteers, donors, and clients. People posted their personal experience with the nonprofit. For example, one person wrote, “God sent! I can not express the profound gratitude I have for this organization. If it were not for Nadeya’s perseverance and commitment to her mission, my baby and I would still be in the hands of an abuser; or even worse I would not be here today. She has fought thru the criminal justice system to the highest level and because of that, the perpetrator is now behind bars. She places the upmost importance on her clients and her clients children’s safety. This organization is beyond outstanding and deserves the upmost recognition.” (09/18/2022)
While the Top-Rated Awards run through the end of October, Right to Protect was part of the inaugural group to qualify for the year. In addition, we’ve been added to GreatNonprofits #GivingTuesday Giving Guide—an interactive guide to top nonprofits.
“Savvy donors want to see the impact of their donations more than ever,” said Perla Ni, CEO of GreatNonprofits, “People with direct experience with Right to Protect have voted that the organization is making a real difference.”
Being on the Top-Rated list gives donors and volunteers more confidence that this is a credible organization. The reviews by volunteers, clients, and other donors show the on- the-ground results of this nonprofit. This award is a form of recognition by the community.
