Nadeya Lavandero is the President / Founder / Executive Director of Right to Protect. She is a survivor turned advocate for those who suffer without a voice. She is an adult survivor of childhood and adolescent sexual abuse, but it was her experience escaping domestic violence, spousal rape, and stalking from a law enforcement family that inspired her to found Right to Protect. With well over 10 years of combined personal and professional experience in the field of Advocacy, she brings a passion and insight to her work in advocacy that one would be blessed to encounter even once in their lifetime, "fighting to her clients and their children as though she were fighting for herself and her own children."

What Dr. Kathie Mathis has to say (about nadeya):11:05 AM, May 04, 2023
I believe in the divine direction as well when it comes to you and me meeting. God is using you as He has always used me and now has a replacement as I get older and go off into the sunset. I am so honored to hand the "mantle" off to you, knowing it is in an amazing woman's hands who is relentless in the pursuit of justice and healing. Hugs, my friend.
