DMV SAH Memo for proof of residency
Memo ADM 2018-14 refers to the CA DMV SAH Real ID Exception Process for acceptable proof of residency.
Safe at Home Participants do not have to show proof of residency documents, they need just provide their SAH ID Card, and their REAL ID application will be processed as an exception referral.
It’s a separate process and a different paper application.
